Pulled Pork

4 lb pork roast
2 large onions
1 c ginger ale
1 bottle BBQ sauce

Slice one onion and place in crock pot.
Put in roast, cover with the other sliced onion.
Pour ginger ale over roast.
Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours.
Remove from crock pot, save the onions and drain all the liquid.
Shred the meat with 2 forks and return to crock pot with onions.
Stir in the BBQ sauce and cook on low for 2-4 hours.
Serve on buns or in wraps.
