Baked Seafood Lasagna

3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
3 c milk
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c cottage cheese
1 c mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1/2 lb medium shrimp, cooked
2 cans crabmeat, drained and flaked

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter in a large saucepan.
Add flour and stir until well blended.
Add milk.
Bring to boil on med heat.
Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese and set aside.
Combine spinach, cottage cheese, 2/3 c of mazzarella cheese and nutmeg.
Spread 1/4 of the cheese sauce onto the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan.
Cover with 3 lasagna noodles and layers of 1/2 each of the shrimp, crabmeat and spinach mixture; top with 1/4 of the cheese sauce.
Repeat layers starting with the noodles.
Top with remaining 3 lasagna noodles, remaing cheese sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
