1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 tbsp oil
3 cups chopped mixed veggetables
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c Catalina salad dressing
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Cook chicken in oil and garlic until browned.
Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked and vegetables are crisp-tender.
