Salisbury Steak

1 can french onion soup
1 1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 c breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 tbsp flour
1/4 c ketchup
1-3 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/4 c water

Mix together, 1/3 c soup with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and black pepper.
Shape in 6 oval patties.
In a large skillet, brown both sides of patties.
Blend together flour and remaing soup.
Mix in ketchup, water, worcestershire sauce and mustard powder.
Pour over meat.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
