Spinach Casserole

2 pkg froxen chopped spinach
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 smallonion, chopped fine
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream on mushrrom soup
1-2 c croutons

Preheat oven to 350.
Drain spinach really well.
Combine spinach with the rest of the ingredients except he croutons.
Pour into a casserole dish and cover with croutons.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
