1 tbsp butter
1 c chopped onions
2 tsp minced garlic
2 lbs ham, cut into 1" cubes
3 cans pumkin puree
1 carton of chicken broth
2/3 c cream
1 tsp fresh thyme
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
Melt butter in a skillet. Cook the onion and garlic in the butter until soft.
Combine the onions and garlic with all of the remaining ingredients in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
