Chicken and Cheese Rice Bake

1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 c water
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c white rice, uncooked
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces

Place all ingredients into a large ziploc bag.
Lay flat in freezer and freeze.

To Cook

Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Dump bag into a 2 quart shallow baking dish.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until bubbling.
