Hash Brown Casserole

1 bag of frozen hash browns
1 pkg cottage cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp salt
1 cup corn flake crumbs

Mix together cottage cheese, lemon juice, milk, soup, butter, cheese and salt.
Place hashbrowns in a casserole dish.
Pour cheese mixture evenly over hasbrowns.
Top with crushed cornflakes.
Cover with foil and freeze.

To Cook

Thaw in fridge the night before.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
