1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 lamb chops
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Rub lambchops with seasoning.
Cover and refridgerate for 1 hour.
Preheat BBQ for high heat.
Brush grill grate with oil and cook chops for 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
