Chicken Strawberry Spinach Salad

2 tsp corn oil
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces.
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp mayonaise
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp milk
2 c fresh spinach
6 strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp silvered almonds

Heat oil in skillet over med heat.
Place chicken in skillet, season with garlic powder and cook until juices run clear.
In a bowl, mix mayo, lime juice, ginger and milk.
Arrange spinach on serving dishes.
Top with chicken and strawberries, sprinkle with almonds and drizzle with dressing.
